Modality Systems and the evolving Microsoft collaboration toolset, part 1 - an introduction to Modality Systems

May 31, 2018

Introducing a new vlog series exploring the changing communications technology landscape, the role of Modality Systems, and how we extend the capabilities of Microsoft’s evolving collaboration toolset - with CEO James Rodd and Head of Global Marketing Ian Guest

The name Modality, which can be defined as ‘human-computer’ interaction, was chosen to reflect the company’s primary function – to help customers use technology. We now operate in over 150 countries world-wide, with head-quarters in the UK, Germany, North America, and Asia-Pacific.

We’re in a space now where all technology is intertwined. Gone are the days of having a specialist for each individual area. You’re looking for an individual who understands how technology and business process all comes together. It all comes back to that company name ethos… that human-computer interaction.” - James Rodd, CEO

In the first episode of the series, James talks about our three key pillars – Usage, Health and Future, and how our team of experts go beyond the integration and deployment of new technology with User Adoption services to ensure each workforce is making the most out of new technology; Managed Support services to make sure the infrastructure remains resilient; and the ability to quickly adapt to change – helping our customers to stay ahead of the curve.
