Diagnostics - The Modality Systems Stream Score explained

Written by Modality Newsroom on 26, July 2018

Following an introduction to our Virtual Static Users, Principal Solutions Architect Tom Arbuthnot and Head of Global Marketing Ian Guest explain the second unique component of Diagnostics - the Modality Systems Stream Score.

By scoring Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams performance per site out of 10, individual streams can be amalgamated to provide an average score for subnets or regions. This also enables large organisations to pinpoint areas that require immediate attention.

Find out why our Stream Score was a customer driven feature and how it can help your IT team optimise usage in the video below.

Diagnostics from Modality Systems is the purpose-built answer to continuous Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams service improvement – proactively measuring the real time performance of your communications and collaboration environment.
